Copper futures were trading higher in early trade in the domestic market on Friday as participants waited for cues from China-US trade talks underway in Beijing. Any positive outcome from trade negotiation would boost metal market.
At the MCX, Copper futures for June 2018 contract was trading at Rs 459.30 per kg, up by 0.36 per cent, after opening at Rs 458.60, against a previous close of Rs 457.65. It touched the intra-day high and low of Rs 460.00 and Rs 458.40, respectively.
